  • Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) – You must contact centre a day before you deliver to ensure there is sufficient capacity at the facility – FREE
  • Paper; newspapers; magazines; cardboard; beverage carton; glass bottles and jars; food and drink cans; plastic bottles; plastic packaging; clothes and shoes; batteries; fluorescent tubes; mobile phones; household white goods (cookers, fridges, etc); household brown goods (radios, TVs, etc) – FREE
  • Bagged household domestic waste – €4 charge for each 80 litre bag of domestic waste
  • Bulky items; Gas cylinders; Waste Oil; Timber; Household Rubble; Flat Glass; Green Waste; Steel; Household Priority Waste (e.g. paints, aerosols, pesticides) – CHARGES APPLY

  • Commercial green waste not accepted.

Bulky Household Waste Collection

Dublin City Council offers an online Bulky Household Waste Collection Service to households. This is for items that are too large to be accepted by the regular waste collection service, eg. Furniture, carpets, bikes, kitchen and bathroom units, etc. You can avail of the service by contacting Customer Services directly on (01) 222 1000. Click here for more information.
